You can use this HigherDOSE Copper Body Brush to exfoliate your skin while, reduce the appearance of cellulite and encourage a radiant glow. 

The ion-charged copper bristles release neutralising ions that are absorbed by the skin, helping to ground the body naturally and thought to reduce the electromagnetic effects of modern technology.

Use it in the morning before a shower, or before a sauna or PEMF session.

How To Use

1. Start at your feet, brushing upwards towards the heart using long, firm strokes. This follows the same direction as lymph flow in your body.

2. Continue to use long firm strokes or small circular strokes. On the chest brush downwards towards the heart. On the stomach circle clockwise. 

3. Brush for 3-5 minutes before a sauna or PEMF session or shower. 

4. Replenish the skin with a body oil or moisturiser. 

5. Keep brush clean and dry at all times.

6. Please note: this product is NOT RECOMMENDED for using on sensitive skin, fragile skin (such as face, neck and decolletage), or for those suffering from eczema, psoriasis etc.
