This eye complex from Evolve Beauty contains exotic Tuberose flower plant stem cells help to reduce the appearance of eye bags, fines lines and puffiness while firming and brightening the delicate eye area. Hyaluronic acid, known for its ability to hold up to 1000 times its weight in water helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, making the skin look younger with an improved skin tone, whilst cucumber extract cools and soothes. Suitable for all skin types.
Apply gently to delicate eye area. Shake well before use.

I love to layer moisturizers so I bought it to use as a light moisturizer to use under a thicker eye cream. It is however pretty moisturizing on its own. Still too early to judge its effects and how well it reduces puffiness or lines, but so far so good. The rolling ball applies a very good amount of product so all in all happy with it.
I find that this really hydrates the very sensitive and thin skin under my eyes.
Use it for a week so far and it has a nice cooling effect, skin is tighter, refreshed without puffiness. Doesn`t make my sensitive eyes water or burn. Can`t say anything about fine lines reduction yet.
