How To Use

1. Cleanse thoroughly and dry face before using.
2. No need to apply sunscreen as the red light is a safe way to absorb the rejuvenating benefits of light without the harm. 
3. Use the straps to affix the mask around your face, securely, so that you can continue to carry out tasks while using the mask. 
4. For optimal results, use mask for a minimum of 10 minutes 3-5 times a week.
5. When finished using the mask, follow with a splash of cold water or take a cold shower. Hot-cold therapy can help to boost cellular recovery, energy levels and enhance the rejuvenating benefits of the mask.
6. Finish up with your favourite nourishing face cream or serum to boost skin radiance.
