How To Use

Apply one coat. Let dry. Apply second coat. Let dry. For best results, use butter LONDON Nail Foundation Priming Basecoat or butter LONDON Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat prior to lacquer application. Finish with butter LONDON Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat.
