1. Start at your feet, brushing upwards towards the heart using long, firm strokes. This follows the same direction as lymph flow in your body.
2. Continue to use long firm strokes or small circular strokes. On the chest brush downwards towards the heart. On the stomach circle clockwise.
3. Brush for 3-5 minutes before a sauna or PEMF session or shower.
4. Replenish the skin with a body oil or moisturiser.
5. Keep brush clean and dry at all times.
