Delivery Costs + Terms

We offer reliable, tracked courier shipping within Ireland and to most destinations in Europe, as well as Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and mainland USA.

See below for list of destinations we currently ship to. At this time, we are not offering full Worldwide shipping and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Deliveries are trackable and are delivered by one of our courier partners - DPD, DHL or UPS.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Customers will be notified of any stock issues, out of stock items or delays to shipments.

Ireland - €6.50, 2-3 Business Days

UK Shipping - €11.00, 3-5 Business Days

Germany, France, Belgium, Luxumberg & Netherlands - €15.00, 3-5 Business Days

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Switzerland, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain & Sweden - €28.00, 5-8 Business Days

Bosnia, Croatia, Finland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Portugal - €35.00, up to 10 Business Days

Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and mainland USA - €36.00, up to 10 Business Days

Please note that additional import duties and taxes may apply when importing to any country outside of the EU, and will be the customer's responsibility to pay on import.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders of in-stock items within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Pre-order items are on average 5-10 working days for delivery.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually be processed on the next working day. All our deliveries are tracked courier deliveries with one of our delivery partners DPD, UPS or DHL.

You may need to allow some additional time for deliveries around Christmas, sale times and busy periods as our team deal with the additional bump in sales.

Tracking Your Package

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, carrier name, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. If you need any help tracking your order please don't hesitate to get in touch

Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the package. Your tracking number can be located on your order fulfilment email and the couriers often provide alternative delivery options so that you can manage online to ensure the delivery of your order goes as smoothly as possible. We also recommend include a postcode/eircode on your order to ensure it arrives to you with minimal fuss.

Occasionally deliveries may take longer than estimated. We recommend contacting us if you haven't received your package by the estimated delivery date to allow us to assist you with tracking. Contact us by emailing

Plastic Free Packaging

All orders are packed in recyclable and compostable boxes, with recyclable and compostable shred to protect the products during their journey and ensure they get to you in perfect condition.

The packaging can be broken down a put in your compost heap, or in your recycling bin.

Occasionally we include samples or free gifts with your order. Please let us know at checkout if you would prefer us not to include any additional samples or gifts.

Customs On Export

Please note that with customers importing our products into their country can sometimes experience delays due to customs and the customer may be charged, and will be responsible for, local taxes and duty on import.

Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders if you want items to go to different addresses. 

Please also note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, Hotels or Courier Depots etc. You will need to enter a valid residential or business address at the checkout for delivery. 

Business Days + Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Republic of Ireland.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centres on the following holidays:

Split Shipments

You could receive multiple shipments if your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternatively, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
