Calendula

Calendula officinalis is a wonderful skin ally which also has diverse uses for health and wellbeing. It's a much-loved botanical ingredient in our favourite clean skincare and make up, as it can be used to calm the skin, prevent premature ageing, soothe inflammation and irritation and aid in the regeneration of wounded skin when dealing with cuts, bites, bruises, burns, dermatitis etc. It is a classic vulnerary and has antiseptic properties that can be used alone or combined with other botanicals to help regenerate the skin from the inside out, from the deepest levels to the outer layers.
