Your Super, created by real life couple Kristel and Michael, is a collection of superfood powder blends that are all organic, usually with just 5 or 6 natural ingredients, that can be added to smoothies, drinks, salads, dressings, curries, desserts and more to quickly and effectively boost your nutrition and your health. 

With so many toxins in our food and environment, along with stressful lifestyles, more and more people are facing health issues and chronic disease. Michael and Kristal created superfood and plant protein mixes to make it easy for people to improve their nutrition every day. 

Their journey to creating Your Super is a deeply personal one. The couple met in their early 20's while playing tennis at a professional level, enjoying an ideal lifestyle on and off the court. When Michael was diagnosed with cancer at age 24, their lives changed dramatically and determined to stay positive and do something to help Kristel mixed up a variety of superfood powders, with the help of her family of nutritionists to help Michael heal his body.

Everyone who tested the mixes began to feel healthier and more energised, with better digestion and fewer cravings. Michael realised the importance of rebuilding his immune system and fuelling his body with a whole food diet. Why weren’t more people using them? Why don't more people know about the power of food to heal our bodies? It inspired the couple to share what they had learnt with the World to help others make healthy changes too. They are on a healing journey and want to share that light with as many people as possible.

The blends are very easy to use and taste good too. They can be blended into smoothies, hot drinks, oatmeal, bliss balls, desserts, curries, salads.... they are really versatile and can be mixed together too.  Each blend only contains certified organic, Non-GMO, Glyphosate-Free, plant-based and gluten-free plant based ingredients. No sweeteners, stevia, artificial flavors, fillers, preservatives or additives.
