- We respond to all queries as quickly as possible
- Normal office hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We do reply to queries outside of these times but it might take a little longer!
- Please note that we do not currently accept queries by phone. This enables us to respond to all queries more quickly and efficiently
- You can contact us by email or social and we aim to reply to every query within a few hours.
Lost/ Never Arrived Orders
In the unlikely event that you haven't yet received your order within the delivery guidelines that we've given, then please do get in touch because we can help. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get right on it and update you as to where your order is at. If it has got lost on its way to you we will send you out a replacement order ASAP.
Cancellation/Amendment of Orders
If you contact email@example.com to cancel or amend your order prior to it being shipped, we will do our best to carry out your request. This is at our discretion. We often ship within a few hours of an order and can only cancel an order or make amendments where the order has not yet been dispatched.
